Getting to Knebworth

Things to do in Knebworth
When thinking about Knebworth days out, the obvious number one attraction is Knebworth House, a grand English country manor with a musical edge. Since 1974, the house has been hosting concerts and has welcomed a who’s who of rock acts including Oasis, Pink Floyd, Queen, Elton John, The Rolling Stones and many other legendary names. If it’s not a gig you’re after, the house offers all sorts of seasonal attractions throughout the year, as well as a more traditional stately home visiting experience.
Other things to do in Knebworth include a visit to Shaw’s Corner a few miles away – the former home of George Bernard Shaw - with grounds that are perfect for walking all year round. Or maybe a stroll around one of the parks in the local area, including Fairlands Valley and Passenger Park. The village itself is a peaceful, scenic place, with a number of great pubs, restaurants and cafes to enjoy refreshments throughout the day.
