Fail to carry - railcard and season ticket submission form

Information on how to upload a copy of your Railcard or Season ticket (including Photocard) as advised by one of our Revenue Protection Team.

This form should only be used to send us proof of a valid season ticket or railcard if you failed to upon inspection, produce one to a member of our Revenue Protection Team. Using this form for any other reason will mean that your submission cannot be processed.

Please note that when submitting a copy of a Railcard or Ticket it needs to have been purchased & collected before you were spoken to by one of our Revenue Protection Team. If your Ticket or Railcard was purchased or collected after you were spoken to you may still receive correspondence from us regarding any report that was submitted to us by our Revenue Protection Staff member.

Your personal details will be held by the Go-Ahead Group on behalf of Thameslink. We will not pass on your personal information to any organisation outside of our Group of Companies (and Successor franchise or Secretary of State for Transport) for marketing purposes without your prior consent.

The comments section should be used to advise us of any vital information we may be required to know. e.g. A change of contact information, we cannot accept any appeal or mitigation through this form. Please note that when submitting a copy of a Railcard or Ticket it needs to have been purchased & collected before you were spoken to by one of our Revenue Protection Team. If your Ticket or Railcard was purchased or collected after you were spoken to you may still receive correspondence from us regarding any report that was submitted to us by our Revenue Protection Staff member. If you submit a railcard or ticket that was purchased after you were spoken to by a member of our revenue protection team, this will be wholly disregarded by the GTR Prosecutions Team in relation to the matter reported as it was not valid at the time of inspection. If you are unable to produce a valid railcard for the journey made, you will be contacted in due course.
