If you regularly commute from the same station, you can save time by paying for your parking in advance.

Blue Badge holders can park for free in any of our car parks and can use any bay except for 20-minute drop-off bays, loading bays, staff bays, and premier bays.

We offer several easy ways to pay, choose what works best for you. 

Pay with APCOA Connect 

APCOA Connect lets you pay by app, website, or phone. 

Pay by App: Download the APCOA Connect app from your device’s app store and follow the simple steps to register, park, and pay. 

Pay Online: Visit apcoaconnect.com to pay for your parking through the secure website. 

Pay by Phone: Call 01895 262122 from your mobile. 

You’ll be asked to: 

1. Enter how long you parked 
2. Provide your payment details 

You’ll then receive a text message, just reply with your vehicle registration number. A confirmation text will follow once your parking is paid. 

Returning users: 
If you’ve used APCOA Connect before, the system recognises your mobile number and will offer your saved vehicle and payment details. You can update these if needed. 

Already registered?  

Even quicker, you can pay by text, simply send: PARK + your card’s 3-digit security code + the location SMS code to 078 6000 6000

Forgot to Pay? Use LatePay 

If you didn’t pay when you arrived, you can still pay up to 24 hours later using LatePay.  This is available at ANPR (camera-controlled) Southern station car parks. 

LatePay is only available via the APCOA Connect website. 

Use ScanPay (No App Needed) 

In a rush? Don’t want to download anything? 

Just scan the QR code on the car park signs using your phone camera. You can pay instantly online, no app download or account registration required. 

Park and Go

Park at a Great Northern station and pay in your own time using the Park & Go kiosks

If you travel from Potters Bar station you can park, jump on the train and pay later.

You don’t have to wait by a pay and display machine or go back to the car to display a ticket. Simply enter your details into the kiosk at the car park, and pay with a card or cash before you leave again.

Paying online with your mobile phone

You can pay for parking with your mobile phone once you’ve signed up for an online account.

This will make it easier to pay next time around as your details will be remembered. You can also buy a season ticket if you park at the station a lot.
