We The Curious

Where else can you climb inside a giant bubble, turn yourself invisible and fly through space, all on the same afternoon? Discover science, but not as you know it, at We The Curious, Bristol’s science centre and home to the UK’s only 3D planetarium. Located on the city’s historic harbourside, this is a place to play, experiment, test out ideas and have fun together. Families of all ages can spend the day exploring over 200 things to do across the centre’s two floors. Come and play, experiment, make animations, solve giant puzzles and discover how our brains and bodies work together. Step inside the giant silver ball (the UK’s only 3D Planetarium) for a trip to the stars and back, and then explore time, space, and happiness in the intriguing Project What If exhibition. This summer, join in with fun, creative activities as part of Summer of Imagination, running 23 July - 1 September. Fly through the rings of Saturn, explore illusions and magic tricks, find rainbows, make fruit sorbets – there’s so much to see and do.
