The new national Flexi Season Ticket on Smartcard gives you 8 passes over 28 days between 2 destinations – so you can make unlimited anytime journeys for the day, between the stations you choose. It’s just one of the many tickets we have to help you commute your way. Buy your Flexi Season Tickets online or at any of our ticket offices, load it onto your Key Smartcard, and travel when it suits you.

What's a Key Smartcard?

The Key Smartcard offers an easier and faster way to buy, renew and use train tickets, compared to paper tickets. You can even load your tickets to your Smartcard with our app. Find out more and order your Key Smartcard for free here.

Do you use keyGo?

If you’re planning to use Flexi Season on the same journey as keyGo, you'll need to get a second Key Smartcard. We know this isn’t ideal, but it’s the best way to ensure that you’re charged the correct fare. Find out more here.

Do you use Peak Carnet tickets?

Kindly note that Flexi Season tickets will replace our Peak Carnet tickets from 28 June. You can continue to buy Peak Carnet tickets up to and including Sunday 27 June, and they will continue to have the normal 3 month period of validity. There are no changes to our Off-Peak Carnet tickets.
