Will I have to show my ID to buy a ticket?
Yes. You will need to show your valid Student Connect card.
Can I buy a ticket for one term?
Yes, you buy a season ticket for a month, several months or a year, so long as your card is still valid.
What discount can I get?
34% discount on adult season tickets, or 50% if you have the Cambridgeshire card.
Can I use my card to buy a first class ticket?
No, you can only travel in standard class.
How do I get a replacement card?
Can I use my season ticket without my card?
No, you must have the card on you whenever you travel using your season ticket.
Can I use my ticket on Virgin Trains East Coast services?
No, the card isn’t valid on Virgin Trains East Coast services.
Can I use my ticket on Greater Anglia and Cross Country trains?
Yes, but only in certain areas. For details, check the network map.
Can I use my ticket on East Midlands trains?
Yes, you can use your card on East Midlands trains between Bedford and Luton Airport Parkway and in Cambridgeshire.
