On weekdays, the busiest times at this station are generally between 06:30 and 07:30 and 16:30 and 17:30.
Southeastern operate High Speed services to / from this station.
To travel between Stratford International and Stratford Regional station, passengers are advised to walk through the Westfield shopping centre (access is available through the Lower Ground Floor) which is about a ten minute walk and does not involve steps, lifts or escalators. There is a secondary pedestrian exit via escalator/lift from our platforms which enables access to Stratford Regional station which is outside the shopping centre (This is open from start of service until 2200).
Alternatively, you can use Docklands Light Railway services which are a 2 minute walk from the High Speed station entrance, which take passengers directly to Stratford Regional station (a charge is payable) or further onto the London Underground network. There are also bus stops on International Way.
Southeastern staff can assist passengers either to the taxi rank or bus stop outside Stratford International station. Alternatively they can assist you to the DLR station situated opposite the International Station. From there you will be handed over into the care of DLR staff - every DLR service has a Customer Service Agent who will be able to help you off the service at your final destination. There is level access between the DLR trains and their platforms. During Engineering works affecting the DLR services, it is best to contact DLR direct for information on their replacement service or you may need to book a taxi for this part of the journey.
