Platform 1 & 2 push button help point available 24hrs per day.
The toilets are located inside the Booking Hall. The National key toilets are located inside the Booking Hall; these toilets are operated by a radar key. Toilet opening times:
- Monday to Friday: 06:10 to 12:30
- Saturday: 06:10 to 12:30
- Sunday: Unavailable
There is a heated waiting room available on platform 1 and also on platform 2/3. There is a shelter with seating available on platform 4.
