Sadly, like everyone across the country, the longer-term impacts of Coronavirus continue to affect our business and colleagues and there will be times that we can’t run some of our trains as fewer crew are available compared to normal. We’re really sorry if this affects your journey.
We are exploring every option to reduce the impact of this on our passengers and we’ll always try and find another driver. Unfortunately, this is not always possible though and services will need to be cancelled.
We’re doing our best to spread services out and provide alternative travel advice, although normally it’s best to wait for the next train. As always, any passenger delayed by 15 minutes or more can claim compensation via Delay Repay on our website.
