Meeting rising demand
Operating on some of the country’s most congested railways isn’t always easy. But we’re determined to meet the challenge of giving our passengers a service they can rely on.
To do this, our operating company Govia has teamed up with Network Rail to produce a detailed improvement plan. This plan gives concrete timelines for carrying out the work for six areas of improvement:
